陳醫生, 您好!

請問如果長期用類固醇吸入式噴劑會有什麼副作用?

我父親一向有走遠路氣促, 些少氣管炎和肺下端有少許纖維化的問題, 自從上次醫生叫我父親停用類固醇吸入式噴劑數月後又再開始氣管炎和咳, 是否因停用此藥有關? 因為上次你提過此藥有防止氣管發炎的作用, 如有需要可以自行再用嗎?
