經期問題

病患者女 - 32歲

你好醫生，小女本人經期一向很準，每月2號左右，但今個月還沒有來，平時有跟男友曳曳，都有做安全措施，經期之後用過驗孕棒測試，三次結果都係沒有BB，擔心身體問題，請問會係咩事
