頸項上紅粒

本人於三星期前發現頸上若膊頭交接處有一粒微紅色的突起物約五毫米左右，狀如被蚊咬了般，但沒有痕痛或癑，表面平滑。左頸附近有點痕而已。醫生給了類似固醇藥膏但沒退。在附近反多了數粒較小的，也是微紅若一二毫米，我很擔心是否病毒如疣（沒有不安全性行為）或皮膚癌，請何醫生給意見，感謝萬分。
