腮部按痛

耳下腮部有按痛(大扭頭, 大張嘴會感痛, 吃東西及平時無痛感), 先是左邊痛, 隨後一兩天右邊也痛, 摸下去不覺得太腫,
看了醫生說是淋巴炎?!
他開了消炎藥(沒開抗生素)給我吃, 吃了兩次感覺好像好了, 但還是有按痛.
請問我還有需要覆診? 還是要多等幾天?
