眼矇

病患者女 - 43歲

本人有糖尿上眼，屬初期，醫生說小小，每年有年檢都是小小，最近不知是否看手機太多，有眼矇，太近距離會矇，移遠d就清楚，亦試過直視手機屏幕燦眼，用了藍光屏幕就好了點，平時睇街外景物都清楚，沒有飛蚊或見有黑影，我戴眼鏡有近視，有時不清楚移一移眼鏡就清楚，請問這是否老花，黃斑病變或視網膜脫落嗎?(有時感眼乾)謝謝
