左下腹腰痛

每次睡覺時不久，左小腹開始酸然後腰拿住拿住酸痛不能眠。
看了醫生，照了腸超聲波腎，也找不到原因，
我針灸中醫照箱推拿也看過！不知原因。
究竟是甚麽病?我應該看甚麼醫生。是否磁力共振?
請問有冇人可給意見。
