頸背痛

病患者男 - 20歲

右邊頸後肌肉連肩容易僵硬拉扯同酸痛.上背在肩胛骨同脊椎附近有酸痛，伸展是會有聲響,全部只在右邊，持續有一個月，之前骨科醫生說只是軟組織受傷，想問需唔需要再睇醫生，謝謝。
