黐肺後在家 睡覺問題

病患者男 - 22歲

是這樣的，在威爾斯做完黐肺手術，第三日就拔了肺旁邊的喉，然後當日直接出院。想詢問一下有關黐肺後在家睡覺的問題，因為胸內感覺不太舒服：

回到家睡覺，請問能否躺下睡？（仰睡），還是要像在醫院坐著來睡？

因為躺著睡，感覺不舒服，特別是起床後胸內感覺按壓著，不適。
