腹痛

病患者 女-32嵗

偶爾深夜時份會上腹(偏右) 熱/ 扯痛, 雖不致劇烈, 但輾轉不能睡, 長度達好幾小時, 第二天可以像沒事一樣。
有次看醫生開了Hyoscine, 說有需要時服, 昨晚深夜腹痛時吃了一顆, 症狀立即減輕至消失。

請問我的甚麼情況? 需要進一步檢查嗎?
