月經後痛⋯

你好⋯
我在月經後下腹開始微痛，已經痛了好些天，還想嘔吐，頭暈，手軟腳軟⋯天天都這樣，很辛苦喔⋯
我想問我到底有什麼問題嗎？
因為已經困擾我好幾天了，懇求盡快回覆喔！
