食A酸藥

今年19歲，之前皮膚科醫生建議我吃A酸，我猶豫很久。最近，我發現臉頰的暗瘡蔓延的厲害，一天多一粒，我是否真的還要考慮吃A酸？已經吃過抗生素沒用。如果吃A酸，在看政府的皮膚科和私家的皮膚科藥和效果是一樣的嗎？
