患了胸腺癌末期已擴散

我爸爸患了胸腺癌末期已擴散，主腫瘤有4.9x3.5x6.8 cm大，現在胸口，液下和背部有麻痹和痛。因接近重要器官，不能動手術。

請問如我們立刻接受免疫治療的Keytruda的成效大嗎？成功率有多少%？副作用大嗎？

另外，除了keytruda,還有其它專治胸腺癌的藥物嗎？
