冇胆囊後飲食問題

已割胆囊有大半年了,但近幾個月每次吃東西或飲野 隔一陣就胃痛及有時有想嘔的感覺, 之後有時会肚痾,非常不便,是否冇胆嚢後正常現象及有否解決方法。
