暗瘡問題

我今年15歲，一名男生，請問我的面部肌膚問題，我的皮膚很油，有很多暗瘡印，買了很多護膚品都用不著，我有飲涼茶和吃龜苓膏，一至兩個星期吃一次，我沒有壓力的問題，並每天都很勤力洗面，如何解決這些問題?
