肩膊疼

你好戴醫生，本人母親(57歲)，在拉動一次重物後，肩膊位置感痛楚，手垂下往後時尢其痛楚。看西醫照Ｘ光說是肩周炎，中醫按一按後說是肌腱發炎，這令我十分混淆。請問脊醫能判斷真正痛因嗎？收費大約多少？
