老人家肚痾

我爸爸今年75歲，本身有糖尿病，但現時已經沒有再服藥，自3個月前起，開始出現肚瀉問題，每日都會需要去7、8次，每次都只是痾少少野。他是全素食者，平日進食沒有問題，亦不會因為肚瀉而感到肚痛。自肚瀉開始，身體消瘦了很多，但又不肯去睇醫生，請問我可以點做？
