面部麻痺

我爸爸近2年都發生面部麻痺，一發病就麻得左邊面部，影響舌頭，飲食困難，看過很多醫生，食第一次藥就好一點，但食第二次就不行，每次都是，想問有冇更有效既方法冶麻痺，或者手術之類同針灸
