孕婦適合飲杏仁奶嗎？

醫生您好，本人恐惧牛奶的味道，所以孕期內以杏仁奶代替牛奶，不知1)營養價值能否代替牛奶？2)每天飲杏仁奶對孕婦或胎兒有沒有負面影響？3)可否長飲杏仁奶？
