打噴嚏後左腰痛

你好醫生
-平常都有左腰肌肉痛
-打噴嚏咳嗽更痛
-剛才轉身時打了一下噴𡂝
-左腰很痛，左腳單腳做重心腳時更痛，向前彎腰也很痛，左腳感覺有點麻痺，坐下是左腰也感到不適
-但站立和走路時並沒感到痛楚
請問醫生我需要去尋求治療嘛？
(因我的工作關係經常需要彎腰蹲下)
