咀唇敏感

你好，我感冒完之後咀唇腫而且十分乾，搽凡士林都無用，已經成星期。
近兩日咀唇邊皮膚開始變得粗糙，好似一塊塊咁。本身只是下唇邊有，而家連上唇都開始有同類情況，而且痕癢。係咩問題，敏感定濕疹？我之前無濕疹。
