脫髮 月經紊亂

近兩個月經常脫髮，頭髮比以前油，會痕有時會有頭瘡。另外黎m
黎得好亂，月頭黎一次，之後月尾又會黎，請問醫生兩者有關聯嗎? 以前都有經期亂嘅情況，但果時以為係壓力引致的，之後壓力冇左就正常返。宜家都有壓力的問題，之前有睇過皮膚科醫生，佢話我甩頭髮係因為壓力或遺傳。我的脫髮會吾因為內分泌方面引致的? 要看內分泌科還是該看婦產科？
