波子骨痛同腰痛

醫生你好，本人左腳做了姆趾外翻手術一段時間，但做完手術後發覺波子骨比未做手術前更痛，當走路走久了或左邊拎重物時更痛，因此此後有段時間長期倚賴右邊拎物件，引致右腳有足底筋膜炎又右腰痛，其後再發覺左腳底及左腰都有些微痛楚，請問知否是什麼原因？可以向進行什麼治療？
