頭暈身重

本人頭暈左幾個月，行路果陣好似搭船咁，浮浮下，一唔夠訓，或者訓得唔好，第二日會特別暈，勉勉強強番到工，但因為工作屬於勞動性，一勞動過度，透支體力果陣又係會特別暈，要休息一陣先可以再做野，總之一訓得差唔夠訓，或者個人一攰就特別暈，個身又會好重咁，睇過脊醫，照個哂x光，都話唔關事，去過醫院睇醫生，驗哂野又話唔知咩原因，請問有無醫生知我係咩事？
