傳導性失聰問題

今日去做body check,
醫生用音叉在我得頭頂中間拷了一下
再問我那邊耳仔大聲D or 一樣

我覺得左邊耳仔大聲D, 但係耳仔冇痛
耳膜也沒穿, 平常聽力也OK
請問我是否患有傳導性失聰?
有什麼可能性令我出現這樣的情況?
要怎樣醫呢?
