環境會否傳播HIV?

日常環境會否傳播HIV? 前天在商場洗手撳規液時被規液機括傷，有少許損。如果規液機上面含有愛滋病毒的血液或體液，請問我會否可能因為這樣感染愛滋嗎？(當時洗手間冇人，此前若1分鐘沒有人使用此規液機)
