間接接觸

今天買衫時發現售貨員的手有紅紅的傷口(不知有否流血)。於結賬時他的手曾接觸到我的信用咭及衫。若他是愛滋病帶菌者而我的手也有傷口，並於他的手接觸到我的信用咭及衫後立即接觸到該信用咭及衫(時間極短)，有沒有感染愛滋病的機會? 應否作檢查?
