一型生殖器皰疹

17/8為伴侶口交時口唇只有少許流血，沒有水泡，以為是爆擦所以才進行口交，但18/8口部在流血同一位置長唇瘡，請問伴侶有一型生殖器皰疹的機會大嗎?假若伴侶真的有一型生殖器皰疹，透過性行為傳染機會大嗎?因我和伴侶都煩惱這個問題，望解答。
