性交後陰道內如何處理？

事後只用纸巾抹乾下體外面，但沒有處理陰道內。唔知陰道內如何清理？

唔知陰道內有否些精液未流出还留在陰道內，有可能嗎？
会否到我安全期完了，留下的精液會使我受孕？

日後再性交應如何清理陰道內？是否灌入清水在陰道內把留下的精液速出來？這樣清理是否衛生？
