二尖反倒流

Dear Doctor,

最近身體檢查, 做了心臟超聲波才首次知道自己
有輕微的二尖心反倒流情況, 但本人一直沒有氣促,
心悶, 頭暈的徵狀, 至今已50歲了

現在很擔心, 請問輕度二尖反倒流會否隨著年紀漸長而
情況日漸轉差呢? 日常要注意甚麼避免惡化?
牙科檢查前需否吃抗生素作預防?
