頭部、腋下、下體，所有毛髮位置非常痕癢

頭部、腋下、下體，所有毛髮位置非常痕癢，並且嚴重脫髮及該些位置會掉毛。狀況持續了，兩、三個月，吃抗敏藥物只能止痕，未能解決掉髮等問題，請問原因為何？原本本人之經期多年不定，通常45-70日不等，但最近兩、三個月自然地轉為每月一次，以上情況會否與經期轉變有關？怎樣才可改善情況？如要就醫，該看那個專科？謝謝！
