近視和老花

我十幾歲近視，現在四十幾，帶近視眼鏡睇近野有D矇，以為近視深了，去眼鏡店Check，話我是老花。我不明白為何我有近視了还會有老花，老花是遠現，如果我有老花，看遠野應該清楚，但我要帶近視眼鏡才看到，究竟是甚麼原理？
