眼睛黑點

醫生你好：
家人發現眼睛有黑點有年幾多，睡覺時閉上眼睛依然
感到黑點在眼前，平時只有此眼睛有點視線矇，偶有一點像蚊子飛過，家人年齡五十，請問是什麼問題呢？要看醫生嗎？麻煩醫生解答，感激，謝謝。
