越食越肚餓

你好!
最近我經常越食越肚餓
食了2碗飯比未吃還餓
然後不斷吃零食
食量越來越大
一天不斷狂吃
身型也變得越來越胖
而大便每天都有
水也喝足
到底是什麼原因?
