單邊腳腫

您好!

本人近月發現左足踝至腳背常會無故腫大,晚上墊高腳睡,睡醒後情況才有改善,惟至傍晚時分, 情況又再次出現, 如是者已多月了. 請問這是甚麼原因, 又可如何改善呢?
