餵母乳時可食用的避孕藥

醫生，你好！

1.生完BB後已七個月，但仲未來月經，請問通常幾耐才會再次來經？

2.有沒有避孕藥是餵母乳媽媽都可以食？能否介紹？

3. 我有灰甲問題，想同時處理，請問用外用藥物醫灰甲，同避孕藥會唔會有抵觸？

4. 避孕藥會不會引至脫髮？因十年前一直食開避孕藥，而一直有脫髮問題，而且都幾嚴重。直至四年前打算生BB, 所以停了服藥，停藥後脫髮問題好似改善了，所以想問兩者有沒有直接關係？
