曬傷的護理...

一般曬傷左, 又紅又痛, 要如何護理? 搽傷燙膏? 有無什麼口服藥加速痊癒? 定係又類固醇?
如果唔特別治理, 可以嗎? 因為只係曬傷, 有人話過幾日會自然好喎...對嗎?
