右腰近盤骨位置痛

四日前我右腰近盤骨位置開始痛，GP開了三日Ibuprofen ，但效用不大，請問我需要照x-Ray 嗎？如需要，照x-Ray 的費用加診金大概是多少？（因為我是學生，負擔能力有限）
