分泌問題

你好，我今年17歲，是女孩。
我的分泌情況有點奇怪，抹在紙巾上的時候是透明帶黃。但凝固在內褲的卻是白色的。我是不是有炎症？？
可是我平常衛生做得不錯，有好好清潔，到底發生什麽事…？
