老人家皮膚問題

你好！我有一個老人家初時手部有幾粒，之後腳部有幾粒，後期延致全身，係紅色類似紅豆的物體，由早上痕到晚上，差不多到早上天光才不痕，請問有甚麼解決方法？謝謝。
