腸易激綜合症藥物問題?

醫生好,本身有食"腸易激綜合症"藥物Gastrogel,Lactasini Tab 0.5mill,Sulpiren 50mg,Citalopram 20mg,Amitriptyline 10mg,另有食糖尿,血壓和降血脂藥,Metoprolol Tartrate(Betaloc)50mg tablet,Metformin HCL 250mg tablet,Simvastatin(Zocor)20mg tablet,昨天檢查乳房時發現,當用力按壓兩邊乳頭時有奶水溢出,自己摸不到硬塊,也不痛,請問這是什麼原因?是否受藥物影響?謝謝解答!
