叢發性頭痛/偏頭痛

醫生您好,我女朋友每年11月中午時間就會開始頭痛, 一般時間不長, 但非常痛,會流眼水,想嘔吐.這時段過後好像正常人一樣直到明年十一月再發生, 做好多檢查, 照腦都查不出原因, 普通都說可能是偏頭痛, 因此過了八年了....
最近我上網查看這頭痛比較像叢發性頭痛, 問了普通科醫生他說没聽說過叢發性頭痛, 好像不是普通醫生能分清區別, 請問我應該怎樣做?
