腦神經問題

小兒現在18個月大, 因右手出現不協調問題, 由兒科轉介至腦科, 經MRI診斷, 醫生認為是 chiari 1 malformation. 建議2歲做手術. 這是否太年輕? 是否有需要? 手術是否屬高風險?
