脊椎側灣

我仔仔16歲經骨科醫生斷診有輕微脊椎側灣,之後自行找脊醫診症,醫生說約18度.接受脊椎治療會有改善.有以下問題:
Q1) 是否需要接受治療;如要,會冇什麼改善?需時多久?需要幾耐治療一次?
Q2) 療程包括什麼?每次需要多久(不包括等候)?
Q3) 如已接受治療10次,沒有大改善,還有痛楚,是正常嗎?
