左腳痳痺

醫生,我前日到左腳開始有小小痳痺,但係仍然有感覺,而且控制都冇問題,淨係好似有d痺咁,左腳向外打圈踢會有d卡住嘅感覺,定係關我呢排會搬重野有關,仲有我以前有跑步,但係而加就停左一年到,會唔會係肌肉有事,我真係好驚,如果有事應該睇咩科先岩?
