男，58 歲，2023年1月尾，右耳突然耳嗚(到現在冇停過), 兩邊耳照了MRI,發現右耳有0.5cm 聽神經瘤，因長期耳嗚和頭痛，影響睡眠，要食安眠藥，請問彭醫生，有咩治療方案和睇咩醫生
