有關類固醇

病患者女 - 29歲

本人早一個禮拜左手手肘摺位開始生濕疹，之後extend至右手手肘摺位及頸。早兩日已看了醫生，開了抗敏藥及flucortderm cream。醫生也說了類固醇得搽7天，每天兩次；但本人搽了三次後已見紅腫不再，也不再痕癢，但皮膚摸著仍舊粗糙、脫皮。那我現在是不是應該慢慢遞減至每天搽一次藥膏，或是停用，僅搽潤膚膏便可。真的很擔心別人常說的類固醇反彈⋯
