面部皮膚敏感

病患者女 - 40+歲

本人的面部兩側近髮緣耳旁出現發紅，皮膚乾燥，脫皮頻密(左邊尤其頻密，幾乎每天都脫皮)的情況。
已塗過蘆薈啫喱、Eurax藥膏、甘油(以爽膚水稀釋)，並飲蘆薈汁和食蔬果精華(含益生菌)，始終未能根治。退紅不久又復發，反反覆覆。
請問敏感成因和治療方法?
