前列腺癌復發疑問
病患者男 - 68歲
我爸爸2010年做左切除前列腺手術,當時Gleason Score 3 + 3, PSA level 3.2, 沒有做電療,每年定期驗血,手術後PSA level 一直維持0.1,到2018年11月PSA level升至0.2, 19年1月,4月和8月都跌返至0.1,2020年2月剛覆診升返上0.2.政府醫生話3個月後再驗血睇下情況如何再決定是否做治療或者繼續定期留意.
1) 想問一問為何反反覆覆? 是否係檢測上的錯誤?
2) 10年後會有機會覆發嗎?

In general, the chances of recurrence for medium to low Gleason score carcinoma of prostate ten years after radical surgery is very low. In case of doubt, continuous regular monitoring may be considered. Repeating the test in another reputable laboratory is an option to ascertain accuracy.
