我發覺我右邊喉嚨有啲頂住頂住嘅感覺，然後我照入喉嚨入邊發覺我右邊扁桃腺比較腫大，但冇痕冇痛，請問我係唔係扁桃腺發炎或者有其他問題 謝謝解答
