老人膝蓋痛

醫生你好：

請問老人家今年九十，膝蓋痛，因關節退化，緃使食了止痛藥但走路仍然痛，是否適合於膝蓋打嗜喱？以減輕痛楚，如是可持續多久？是否適合做物理治療或有否其他建議？
